1 · Purchases through Google Play

Refunds follow Google Play's policy. You can request a refund from Google within 48 hours of purchase, or contact us afterwards and we will review your request.

2 · Purchases on the web

• 14-day guarantee: if you subscribed on the web and the product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals: an automatic renewal is refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal date and the subscription was not used after renewing.
• Cancellation: stops future renewals; Plus stays on until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for the remaining period except in the cases above.

3 · Regional pricing

Prices differ by country to match purchasing power. If a purchase turns out to have been made at another country's price through a VPN or a payment method from a different country, we may refund it and end the subscription, or offer a new subscription at your actual country's price.

4 · How to request

Email billing@wachatplus.com from the address linked to your account, including the transaction id (shown on the invoice). We reply within 3 business days; the amount appears on your payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the bank.
