Web'den satın alındıysa
Her web satın alımı 14 gün koşulsuz para iade garantisiyle gelir. Ödeme sırasında kullandığınız adresten support@wachatplus.com adresine e-posta gönderin; tutarın tamamını orijinal ödeme yöntemine, bankanıza bağlı olarak genellikle 5–10 iş günü içinde iade ederiz.
Google Play'den satın alındıysa
Play satın alımları Google tarafından faturalandırılır ve Google'ın geri ödeme politikasına tabidir: 48 saat içinde doğrudan Play'den geri ödeme talep edebilirsiniz (Siparişler → ilgili sipariş → Geri ödeme talep et); sonrasında talebi Google inceler. Google reddederse ve 14 gün içindeyseniz bize yazın, yardımcı oluruz.
Denemeler ve iptal
7 günlük deneme bitmeden iptal edin; hiçbir ücret alınmaz. Sonrasında istediğiniz zaman web hesap sayfasından veya Google Play → Abonelikler'den iptal edin; Plus ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır. 14 gün garantisi geçerli değilse kalan süre için kısmi geri ödeme yapılmaz.
Geri ödemeden sonra verileriniz
Ücretsiz sürüme dönmek hiçbir sohbeti, medya dosyasını veya tepkiyi silmez. Yalnızca ekstralar kapanır. Ödemeden sonra Plus açılmadıysa geri ödeme talep etmeden önce Ayarlar'daki "Aboneliği geri yükle" seçeneğini deneyin — ve bize bildirin, düzeltiriz.
1 · Purchases through Google Play
Refunds follow Google Play's policy. You can request a refund from Google within 48 hours of purchase, or contact us afterwards and we will review your request.
2 · Purchases on the web
- 14-day guarantee: if you subscribed on the web and the product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals: an automatic renewal is refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal date and the subscription was not used after renewing.
- Cancellation: stops future renewals; Plus stays on until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for the remaining period except in the cases above.
3 · Regional pricing
Prices differ by country to match purchasing power. If a purchase turns out to have been made at another country's price through a VPN or a payment method from a different country, we may refund it and end the subscription, or offer a new subscription at your actual country's price.
4 · How to request
Email billing@wachatplus.com from the address linked to your account, including the transaction id (shown on the invoice). We reply within 3 business days; the amount appears on your payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the bank.
