Refund policy

Refunds for the WaChat Plus subscription through Google Play.

Billed by Google Play

All payments go through Google Play and refunds follow Google's policy: within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund directly from Play (Orders → the order → Request a refund); after that Google reviews the request.

Free trial

Cancel before the 7 days end and nothing is charged. Cancel from Google Play → Subscriptions; Plus stays on until the trial ends.

Cancellation

Cancel any time. Plus stays on until the end of the paid period; there is no partial refund for the remaining time unless Google decides otherwise.

Technical problem?

If Plus did not turn on after payment, try "Restore subscription" in Settings. If it persists, email support@wachatplus.com with your Play receipt and we will help — including supporting your refund request.

Your data after a refund

Going back to free never deletes a chat, media file or reaction. Only the extras switch off.
