Pembayaran kripto dibayar di muka dan dikonfirmasi di blockchain, sehingga tidak bisa dibatalkan secara otomatis. Jika Plus tidak aktif, Anda membayar dua kali, atau produk tidak berfungsi sesuai deskripsi, kirim email ke support@wachatplus.com dalam 14 hari: kami mengaktifkan atau memperpanjang langganan Anda, atau mengembalikan dana secara manual dalam koin yang sama dikurangi biaya jaringan. Pembelian di Play ditagih oleh Google dan mengikuti kebijakan pengembalian dana Google: dalam 48 jam pertama Anda bisa mengajukan pengembalian dana langsung dari Play (Pesanan → pesanan tersebut → Ajukan pengembalian dana); setelah itu Google akan meninjau permintaan Anda. Jika Google menolak dan Anda masih dalam 14 hari, hubungi kami dan kami akan membantu.
Uji coba dan pembatalan
Uji coba gratis 7 hari tersedia di Google Play; batalkan sebelum berakhir dan tidak ada yang ditagih. Batalkan langganan Play kapan saja dari Google Play → Langganan; Plus tetap aktif sampai akhir periode yang dibayar. Pembayaran kripto di web tidak pernah diperpanjang, jadi tidak ada yang perlu dibatalkan: Plus berakhir pada tanggal yang Anda bayar.
Data Anda setelah pengembalian dana
Kembali ke paket Gratis tidak pernah menghapus chat, file media, atau reaksi. Hanya fitur tambahan yang dinonaktifkan. Jika Plus tidak aktif setelah membayar, pastikan Anda masuk dengan akun yang sama, lalu beri tahu kami: kami akan memperbaikinya.
1 · Purchases through Google Play
Refunds follow Google Play's policy. You can request a refund from Google within 48 hours of purchase, or contact us afterwards and we will review your request. The 7-day free trial and introductory prices are offered through Google Play only; cancelling before the trial ends means you are not charged.
2 · Crypto payments on the web
- Prepaid term: each payment adds the plan's term (a month or a year) and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
- No automatic reversal: confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed automatically.
- 14-day guarantee: if Plus did not turn on, you paid twice, or the product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of payment with the payment id. We activate or extend your subscription, or refund manually in the same coin to an address you provide, minus the network fee.
- Underpayment: if less than the required amount arrives, Plus does not turn on automatically; contact us and we complete the activation once the amount is made up, or refund what arrived.
3 · Card payments on the web (coming soon)
- 14-day guarantee: if the product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals: an automatic renewal is refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal date and the subscription was not used after renewing.
- Cancellation: stops future renewals; Plus stays on until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for the remaining period except in the cases above.
4 · Regional pricing
Prices differ by country to match purchasing power. If a purchase turns out to have been made at another country's price through a VPN or a payment method from a different country, we may refund it and end the subscription, or offer a new subscription at your actual country's price.
5 · How to request
Email support@wachatplus.com from the address linked to your account, including the transaction or payment id. We reply within two business days. Card refunds appear within 5–10 business days depending on the bank; crypto refunds are sent within 5 business days of confirming the address.
