Linking a browser to the app
Open the chats the app backed up to Drive in a browser, in a few seconds, with a code or Google sign-in.

If you use the Android app, you can read the chats it saved to Drive in any browser.
With a code
- Open web.wachatplus.com. You see an 8-character code and a QR.
- In the app: Settings → WaChat Web → Link a device.
- Scan the QR or type the code. The code is single-use and valid for 3 minutes.
With Google
Click "Sign in with Google" and choose the same account the app uses. This takes one click if Google is already open in the browser.
Either way, the browser reads files straight from your Drive with a token issued for it. Our server issues the token and never touches a file. You can see every linked browser under Settings → Linked devices and sign any of them out — from the app or the web.
