Bought on the web
Every web purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email support@wachatplus.com from the address you used at checkout, and we refund the full amount to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
Bought on Google Play
Play purchases are billed by Google and follow Google's refund policy:
- Within 48 hours: request a refund directly from Google Play → Orders → the order → Request a refund. It is usually automatic.
- After 48 hours: Google reviews the request. If Google declines and you are still within 14 days of purchase, write to us — we will help.
Free trial
Cancel before the 7 days end and nothing is charged.
Plus did not turn on after payment?
Try Settings → Subscription → Restore subscription first, and make sure you are signed in with the same account. If it still does not work, tell us — we will fix it, and we will support your refund request if you prefer.
Your data after a refund
Going back to Free never deletes anything. Only the extras switch off.
