How it works

3 steps: enable the WhatsApp key, paste it into WaChat, pull the chat and open it anywhere.

Turn on encrypted backup in WhatsApp
Settings → Chats → Chat backup → End-to-end encrypted backup → "Use 64-digit encryption key instead". WhatsApp shows the key once.

Paste the key into WaChat
Or take a screenshot and WaChat reads it. The key is stored only on your device inside Android Keystore — it is never uploaded.

Pick a chat, pull it — open it anywhere
WaChat decrypts WhatsApp's local backup on your device and brings the whole chat. Connect Drive, then open it in the browser at web.wachatplus.com with a code from the app.

WhatsApp export stops at 10,000 messages. WaChat doesn't.

WhatsApp's "Export chat" truncates: 10k messages with media or 40k without. A five-year chat loses its beginning.
